Working locally

Rooted in South Wales.

Cardiff's older stock rewards patient planning. Bay windows, tiled hallways, deep skirtings and coal-cellar quirks are worth working with, not around. We spend time on the survey, understand how the family actually moves through the house, and only then draw the changes.

Victorian and Edwardian terraces, 1930s semis, post-war family homes, and the newer builds around Cardiff Bay. Each has its own structural logic, party walls, chimney breasts, load paths, and its own opportunities for better light and better flow.

Neighbourhoods we regularly work in: Pontcanna, Roath, Penylan, Cyncoed, Whitchurch, Cathays, Grangetown, Canton. Postcodes covered: CF3, CF5, CF10, CF11, CF14, CF23, CF24.
